Default brake conversion

how can i convert my rear drum to disc on my 96 4d civic lx someone told me i just needed a different trailing arm? is that legit? do i need different brake lines, shorter,longer,bigger?

Seriously, please search. Especially since you know it's been done before.

Oh, and you don't really need disc, the drum is fine. Drums are lighter too, by a few pounds per side.
