Default Best NGK's for Nitrous?

Hey guys, my ZEX plugs failed after a weak, so I was wondering which NGK's are the cold ones that I should be running with n2o..

Thanks!

The most common for Hondas would probably be either of these two.

NGK BCPR7EY-11 (14mm Thread, 3/4" Projected Tip, 5/8" Hex .042"gap)
NGK BKR7E Non-projected tip

Both these plugs are 7 heat range. Going from a projected tip to a non-projected tip is equivilent to 1/2 heat range colder.

Which of the two are better? Do either require gapping? If so, what should I gap them to?

Thanks
