Best Brake Pads?
Have any of you ever used some Neuspeed brake pads? I was just looking on there site and they seem to sell them, It's about time to replace mine so I was just wondering if they were any good? Or are all brake pads the same? In your opinion, whats the best pads? I want the best, stop the fastest, least heat, minimum brake dust, ect...
Not sure if it matters but, there going to be put on a 91 Honda Accord LX 4dr.
Thanks guys,
Nick.

There is no best pad, it's all dependant on application. I'm going to assume that you don't spend much time on the track, so I'll make a couple of daily driver recomendations.
I am pretty fond of Hawk HPS and Axxis ultimate pads. I have used these on my Civic, and my girl's Maxima, and I'm nothing but impressed.

Im using EBC greens and they have held up very well. Also i notice very little break dust even after hard, high speed breaking. But IMO any aftermarket pad should hold up well.

And lemme guess, you want them for free.
Like people have said, there is no perfect pad. I have the Carbotech Panther Plus ceramic pads, and I love them. They scare instructors in braking zones, never fade, and don't hurt the rotors. They also squeal and dust like a ************. There is always a trade off when selecting a brakepad, and you need to determine what you are willing to sacrafice for good stopping. I don't care about noise, the black dust on the white wheels leaves a little to be desired, but oh well.

Hawk all the way. I've got Hawk Blues and I love them. Swapped out the stock rotors and pads for KVR slotted+drilled rotors and Hawk Blue pads (got them at an extreme discount, that's why I picked em up.)
They leave alot less brake dust on my rims, and BTW my rims are '96 JDM ITRs(Champ White) on a '94 Accord. So needless to say I can see alot of dust when it's there. As for stopping power, can't complain one bit, definitely lived up to my expectations and then some.
My only suggestion is if you are getting aftermarket pads, get aftermarket rotors too. Otherwise the pads will just chew through the rotors.
Keep in mind this is on a 1994 Accord. Hope this helps a bit.

that'll happen when a scientist discovers how to break the law of conservation of energy
otherwise, in order to stop fast, you will create a lot of heat
and an agressive brake pad WILL dust, and make some noise in the process

I say this is the best street pad , combined with a blank rotor, will make for excellent stoping power
