Default bent valves. replace valve guides?

when i boght the gsr head the dude told me that his timing belt slipped on the dyno.
and i found out later that he didnt replace all bent valves
because some of them were hard to pull ot of the valve guides.

i bought new set of valves and new set of valve seals.

but in case like this ( or any other bent valve case)
do the guides get damaged or is it ok to use them?

should be ok. but you can measure the valve deflection, If I remember correctly, with the valve off the seat 10mm, the max you should have is .009" to .010"

I use a dial indicator set up so it comes in on the side of the valve head. Bads, unstable valve, and leaking.
