Default Bearing clearance & oils

Looking for a little input for pairing the appropriate oil with my rod/main bearing clearances on a new engine.

B18c1 81.5x87
Mains #(1,2,4,5)= .0018
Main #3 = .0020
Rods = .0018/.0019

This will be for a fun weekend/daily type car, occasionally strip, but mostly cruising. Boosted, E85, around 500hp.
Located in Florida, so it's hot as ***** 95% of the year.

As far as oil weight and viscosity, there's almost an over abundance of information on the ol interwebs, so I'm looking for some input on my specific application.

Thanks

I use a 20w-50 with those specs during the summer... I Plan to try a 10w-40 in the winter ... just keep an eye on oil pressures and make sure they fall in the correct range roughly 10psi per 1k rpm
