Default Bad Stuttering and Bogging!!

My gut tells me this is ignition related, tell me what you think everyone.

On occasion, the Integra with a 4k mile rebuilt B16/GSR hybrid will stutter and bog very badly, so much so that the whole car with shake violently. I have to put in the clutch and wait it out, then without a clear reason, it will clear up and drive fine for a few minutes.

When the engine isn't retarded, it runs fine and fast. Im thinking maybe a coil or the igniter?

Interesting side note, i just replaced my wires with NGK blues and plugs with normal, non-fancy, Bosch plugs gaped at .44. As soon as I started the car up from swapping the plugs and wires, it died. I started it up again and it ran fine, and continues to run fine.

Please help guys, id really like to be able to enjoy my car again.

EDIT- Ive searched, but most of the results didn't help, as Ive already replaced most of the things mentioned

It could also be in the fuel system somewhere. Maybe the engine isn't getting fuel. It could be the fuel pump or the relay, possibly the fuel filter.

I could be wrong but it is another possibility.

I have a loose injector clip, but it doesn't move. Its loose in the way that you can take it off if you pry hard enough (the actual metal clip is gone). Its been that way forever, and has not given any problems. I checked it, and it hadn't moved.

I thought it maybe fuel related, but if it was a fuel delivery problem i suspect it would get worse when I give it larger throttle openings, not clear up as it does. Fuel filter is about 10k miles old. New cap and rotor are on the way (even though it had the same problem through two distributors )

It acts like a faulty O2, but I'm not getting any CEL's. Could it be a TPS? I checked its voltage via the S-AFC (set to zero across the board, BTW) and its from .5 at idle to 4.5 at 100% throttle. Is that correct?

EDIT- If its the fuel relay, would that make it damn near impossible to start? Mine starts just fine.

I'm not sure. If you don't think it is fuel delivery, then it could possibly be the coil.

I hope that I helped you in some way.

Ive got a guy coming out to the house to make a house call on my car, so we'll see whats up and ill post the solution. Im leaning toward coil/ingitor as well.

*sigh*

up for someone with the magic answer.
