Could a bad hg make the car hard to start. It has to turn over a couple times b4 starting? Could that be because air is in the system? Hg is in bad shape. Swapping in a new motor very soon. So I don't really drive the car. Just worried about the car not starting like it's supposed to. Oh and fyi the car does sit for like a week or so in between rides. For tech puroposes that info was supplied.
Thanks for any input and helpfu suggestions if any.

Any car will take more time to start if you only run it once a week. Just make sure you give the fuel pump some time to prime the system by holding the key in the "ON" position before you turn it to "START". Also remember that all of your oil is in the bottom of the pan. It still gets pretty cool on PA nights, and generally cold engines with no oil or fuel don't tend to like to run right out of the gates. Probably nothing too serious IMO.
