Does B20 and B18A/B share the same part # for the head bolts?

Yes sir.

EDIT: Well, actually when I ordered my ARP head studs, they had them listed as the same piece. I'm not 100% sure if Honda has them listed as the same part number.

No, Honda doesn't use the same part# for both head studs...

I'll have to check at work tomorrow to give you the #'s for both.
