Default B18B1 Idling Issues

Alright I am new to this Forum but by far am not new in the car scene anyways to the topic. I just bought a 92 Civic Hatch Back with the B18B1 in it. I was driving home last night and it started raining HARD, well there is a hole in the firewall I did not know about until last night that lets water in, the water was literally shooting in and it got my fuse box all wet, the main fuse box under the drivers side. Well I get home and it is idling horrible it goes up and down from like 1000 to 1500 I really think it has to do with the fuse box getting wet what do you guys think? Do you think I fried anything? Should I let it dry out?

let the fuse box dry out and see if the problem goes away. if not then check to see if you blew a fuse and go from there

Is there some kind of fuse down there that would make it run like that? I thought that most of the fuses that deal with the engine were under the hood? Oh yeh its also throwing a code.Theres about a million fuses down there haha.

Its out of a 92 Integra do I read it off of the ecu or do I have to put a paper clip in between the plug? But heres the other thing the code doesnt stay, every time I restart it the code is off until it runs crappy long enough then it throws the code.

Alright went out to start it this morning just started idling at like 2000 and slowly was going down. Drove it around for a while came back in the garage push the clutch in and it drops fast but goes back up then it hold steady at 2000 then drops to 1500 I really think something just got wet up under there and it is slowling drying. Oh yeh I am also not throwing a code either, the engine light is off.
