Default b18b wiring

I've been doing lots of research on this and I have a good amount sorted out, just need help sorting out some particular things.

I'm putting a b18b in an 87 crx hf. Now i know that people say not to swap into an hf because of fuel and wiring delemas. I have the fuel all worked out so injectors will be fine. A few issues with my wiring ideas.

I'm going to be keeping a majority of the hf wiring left alone. So lights, stereo, and all the alike that don't effect the wiring for the engine are being left in the car. Now ill be removing the hf engine wiring. Obviously I'm going to leave the hf fuse box alone because it disperses the hot about the car. Now i will be adding an ODB1 b18b engine bay fuse box and giving its own hot line from the battery. From that fuse box I plan to run the engine. I have the main ODB1 b18b harness and engine harness. The main harness connects to the b18b fuse box and disperses the power across the original integra. I will be leaving all the pmfi relays and the alike on the ODB1 harness and the ecu and engine harness will connect to the ODB1 main harness as usual. So now there will be essentially 2 separate harness systems to run the car. The hf harness for lights and such as I said, and the ODB1 harness for the motor and ecu and all sensors and relays. The starter will have to be hooked up to the hf harness so the ignition triggers the started as it did in the original car. My delema is how to also hook the ignition to the ODB1 harness so it knows when to give power to everything and so when the key isn't in the on position I'm not just constantly draining my battery.

Some incite would be much appreciated. Or if anyone knows anymore of a straight forward approach be my guest and suggest.

Thanks, and I'm having a great time just searching around honda-tech as a new member
