Default b18b head vs. b18a head?

quick question, i have a 1991 integra rs and my buddy is gonna sell me his complete head off of his engine he has a 1996 integra ls. is there really any difference between the two? i mean will i gain any hp? i know stock my car has 130 and his is 142. is the head the main difference in the hp ratings? or is it a combintaion of the head the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold? any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

I don't believe there are any significant differences other than the cams....
