i have a chance to pick up a b16a2 head for real cheap. 50 bucks cheap. the car it was in was in a front end collision. the valve cover was hit, breaking out the studs that are cast into the cam caps that bolt the valve cover down on the cam gear side. also one cam gear had a chunk break off aswell. is it possible to order a new set of cam caps for it and have a working head again?? or will everything be all out of spec??

no..you can not just order the caps, and you also cannot use a cap from another head and just bolt it on. The caps are machined for each head and are not identical.
