Default b16/problems/questions

i gotta change my head gasket, but another problem is it doesnt seem like the coolant is moving through the motor, when i open the rad cap when the motor is running i dont see any movement,is this normal?..i completly removed my heater/ac system and i rerouted the hose from the head to the block with one loop,is that the correct way to do that?..i need to make sure i can loop a coolant hose from the opening on the head under the vtec thing to the block behind the thermostat..could someone let me know if this is ok,post a pic or help me find a b16 coolant diagram or someway i can make sure this is ok

your thermostat has to open up first before you see any movement in the radiator. By then the water temp is too hot anyway, you should have the radiator cap on.
