B16 OBD1

Hi, I have a b16 obd0 and make the swap to p28 ecu obd1 but I have some problems. I can use the obd0 pr3 ecu with obd1 igniton just for a test, or the engine will no start?

no start must have all matching electronics.... ECU/dizzy the combos are not interchangeable
