i bought a hatch with a b16 and before i got it she was misshifted, so now it burns oil in vtec when u get on it. to fix this does it just need new rings and honed?
doesnt pull like a b16 should in vtec

i've had that same problem....my oil burns when i get on it..but i think it has something to do with b16 and vtec...they always burn.. i was blowing smoke when i hit around 7500rpm...but i think that is because i was running to rich..so i adjusted my fuel down. im not to sure. i know i didnt answer your question..but i was thinking rings were bad in my motor......going to have it rebuilt anyways...with forged internals.

dude i have the same problem. my b16 is making me sad. it doens't pull like a b16 should.
