B16 head valve adjustment NEED HELP

i got a B16 head and im trying to do a valve adjustment. could any one tell me how to do that and what are the spec???

Go buy a cheapo 10$ haynes manual from kragen/pep boys. Its all in there.

haha. so wrong. do not adjust the valves with the engine warm. must be cold. adjust intake to .007 and exhaust to .008 for best results.

haha not sure what your way is , but thats worked for me, i would say 10 or so yrs now, no problems.
