b16 in ex not getting spark or fuel

b16 in ex not getting spark or fuel
I have a b16a in a 94 ex and it was running fine. I sold a friend the VAFC that was in it when I got it and now the car is not getting spark or fuel....I hooked all the wires back up that were spliced to the original spots but still nothing...Any advice?
