Default b16 in a....

So hopefully people here are a little more kind to odd questions then other Honda forums, so here I go. I heard it's possible to fit a b16 into a Toyota Echo. Traitorous I know, but still it would be cool if it could be done! And yes I have an Echo and an almost stock 98 Civic. Any thoughts? Sorry if I was blunt. Other forums are not so open or crazy bias to anything but Honda stuff...
