B16 with 2 o2 sensors

B16 with 2 o2 sensors
Could I just get an o2 eliminator kit for the second o2 sensor? I don't feel like getting a second o2 housing put into my header. Was thinking about getting a DC sports JDM header. Will that header fit on a 90 integra with a B16 with out any modifications to the collector?
