question about the gsr b18c1 head. Does the head come with dual valve springs on the intake side only or exhuast side? i jsut bought a gsr head and it was all dissasembled. and im wondering if the dual spring is just for the intake or exhuast side? or doe they come with dual valve springs at all?

 

Dual valvesprings on intake side only.

Exhaust side has a single valve spring.

 

thank you very much! now i can call the dealer tomorrow im looking at an old quote from the honda dealr on b16 valve springs.. its 5.36 for the big one and i guess the smaller one is 4.36 so imma call my dealer tomorrow ..yay im happy finally got my gsr head! ohh another question does b16s have dual valve springs or tahts jsut gsr and itr?

I'm not 100% sure, but the B16 should have the same spring setup as the GS-R motor.

If you want GS-R valve springs, there are plenty of people selling used ones....I for one. See sig for my classifieds ad.

 

Manual B16A's have dual intake and exhaust springs, autos are detuned so have single exhaust springs. Well, JDM ones anyway.
