Here's my understanding of it:
b16/b18a/b18b/b20b/b20z are the same.
b18c1 & b18c5 are the same.
To use a GSR/ITR oil pan in one of the other b series motors, you need to also change the oil pump & pickup to match.

more simple question, can i bolt up a GSR oil pan to my LS motor ? without doing anything, i am not trying to get under the car and trying it out.

Like Eric said, you can use the GSR/ITR oil pan, but you will need to change the oil pickup and pump. The GSR/ITR oil pan has a slightly larger capacity.
