Default B&M fuel pressure regulator

Is it true this FPR cannot lower your base fuel pressure?

What do you mean by base fuel pressure? The B&M has a smaller window of adjustability than the AEM. If you find that you can't lower your fuel pressure enough with the B&M then you might have to modify it a little...here is some more information http://www.theoldone.com/articles/regulator/
