Default b-20 b question!

i just blew up my gsr motor! it had a stock bottom end and stock head! but i had a jr supercharger with the 8 psi pulley. lets just say, my timing was th far advanced, and i was running on pumpgas! ooops! well my question is, is a b-20b with a mildly ported gsr head and the same supercharger kit a good setup up for building a high powered honda. does any one know what the compression ratio is on a b20-b and gsr head combo, and a factory crv head gasket? ive heard that the bottom ends are pretty bullet proove. has anyone done this setup? and has it been a good daily driver?
