autometer voltage reads

Default autometer voltage reads

my volts read just below 12, is this normal or is there something wrong? What could be the lost of volts if this is a problem?

Alternator? Batttery?

What autoshop could I go to check out my problems? I have a 96 Civic Hatch Back B16A1 Motor!!!!!!!! PLease help me!!!!!!!!!

is this reading , when the car is on.?

when the car is on it should be above 12

Good battery is around 12.5v off, and 13.5v - 14.5v running. A load test will tell you more.

here's a way to check ur alternator, pull off your negative terminal while the car is running, if it dies, then ur alternator is bad
