auto OBD2-OBD1 ???

auto OBD2-OBD1 ???
Has anybody ever converted an OBD2 auto Civic to OBD1
It's an OBD1 B16 auto swapped into a 00 EK auto... Now the problem is.. the motor starts up and runs normally.. Right off the bat... the car won't let you shift out of park... So..had to somehow by pass the shift lock for the time being... The car drives, but seems to be lacking in power...
Now what's happenning is when you try to floor it... it just slowly climbs in speed... On a normal automatic car.. when you floor it.. it'll downshift and accellerate. Well, this isn't the case..
It's not throwing a code whatsoever and all the wiring seems to be right and all there...
Has anybody ever encountered this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
