Anyone in the north central florida area, do you know of anyone or shops who are reliable, and decently price for a slight engine rebuild. Specifically, new pistons, rods, bearings, new valves, valve springs plus retainers. If someone can point me in the right place in this area please let me know. The problem I have is i dont have the time or money to buy spare blocks and heads. I can afford some downtime since I do have another car. Thanks

 

You can call my buddy's shop here in brevard. They do really good work. He has an all motor civic that runs 11.60 @ 116 if that gives you an idea what they can do.
