it says buy it now for 3000, there has to be something wrong, those go for over $8000

if somebody here is going to buy it, they better get proof of legitimacy. You have to reprogram the ecu to match the code for the key you have. the only way to do that is by taking it to honda and having them reprogram it for you. If you don't get adequate documentation saying that you obtained it legally, they won't do it and you'll have a nice, shiny i-vtec boat anchor.
