Default Another Car wont start thread, Please read

Alright, Im open to any and all suggestions here...

Car info 99 integra, ls vtec, running gm 3 bar map sensor and Neptune. (stock honda injectors at the moment)

So heres the deal....

First thing I noticed I turn the key to start the car, the car cranks, then fires....starts only for a split second then dies. (this is my problem)

Here is what I have noticed...When I turn the key to "on", I hear the fuel pump prime...I hear the main relay click...the CEL does NOT turn off after a few seconds it stays on.

This is what I have done to trouble shoot:
1. Swapped the ECU into another Integra...that car runs fine
2. Swapped the MSD dizzy into another integra..that car runs fine
3. Swapped out the main relay for a known good relay...still no start (relay from my car works in other cars)
4. Bought a new ignition switch...still no start
5. checked my thermostat, chassis to trans, and VC to radiator support grounds, sanded down all their contects and cleaned the surrounding area...No start
6. checked every fuse under the hood and under dash...none of them are blown
7. pulled my hair out

Im running out of ideas here...If anyone has had a similar problem and can enlighten me, maybe im overlooking something.

Distributor isn't on backwards? Spark plug wires in the right order? Spark plugs are known to be good?

A lot of times the motor will sound like it is firing, but really you're not getting spark/not getting sufficient spark. (kind of like a diesel) So it's my belief that you're not getting the spark needed. Check that stuff and come back with more info

Spark plugs are brand new, distributor is on correctly, and I know the wires are in the correct order and good because I tried the dizzy and wires on another car and it ran fine..

Yes the car ran before, compression is 180 acorss the board...

update....sounds like a faint humming coming from the engine bay somewhere when the key is in the on position, it doesnt stop...goin back out to see if i can find out where its coming from

I think whatever is causing the humming is whatever is causing my problem.

Tried putting a stock ecu in my car, still no dice.

Any suggestions on testing for electrical shorts?

Bump still no Luck...CEL stays on solid with a stock p28 ecu, but blinks code for vtec pressure switch, i dont think that this would cause my car to not stay running?

make sure the neptune is set up to read the three bar, or switch to stock map sensor.

OK new update...

I took a stock p06 from my hatch and put it in the car...CEL turns off now like its supposed to. So I feel my wiring woes are gone now.

I also re wired in a stock map sensor...

Car still doesnt start, and no check engine lights

Fuel pump primes, and I do have spark

Problem turns out My 3bar map sensor took a Sh*t! and by the time I rewired in the stock map sensor my spark plugs were fouled from cranking the car so many times....

So, stock map sensor and fresh spark plugs...Lit right up!

Thanks everyone for your help
