Default am i allowed to do this to my engine???

my d16y8 had 63k on it...i have intake exaust header and a cam gear...would it be ok to add a venom chip with hondata ecu. and a vtec controller?? do you recomend adding those things? and if not what else can i do to the engine?

If you have hondata, you dont need a chip or vtec controller. You should wait till you get a bigger cam in there as well. The hondata with those mods wont give you too much power.
