Aluminum Jacks
i have an all aluminum jack from Harbor Freight that jacks the car up in like 5 pumps. Used it for 3 years and havent had any problems. Here's the direct link to the one i'm talking about:

I've had to load and carry it before and it really is pretty light compared to a all steel jack that is heavy as crap. The only problem i've had so far is that the bearings on the swivel wheels have gotten loose and the rubber pad dosent stay on by itself....but overall i would buy it again if I needed one.

my buddies have the Craftsman Aluminum race ones and they work ok. I do though suggest that when you jack up the car make sure that the wheels are both planted. What happens is that that the arm that does the jacking bends to one side and it will cause the jack to get fugged up. Plus always change your fluid. Other than that they are pretty low profiled so they can get under the car unless your dropped like a man.
