Are all years of LS heads and blocks interchangeable?

As title states can you switch LS heads, intake manifolds, and blocks etc. interchangeable? Reason I ask is I found a good deal on a 93 LS head (PnP, springs, retainers,cams)and will need to put obd1 or obd2 intake manifold on it and use it in my 99 integra. Im a noob when it comes to LS stuff. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
