Default aftermarket cams, engine noise

Zex cam, street, 59100.

After install and engine running, it had a clicking sound from the head. I did a valve adjustment and that helped some. Still getting some clicking though, i'm thinking this is from the more aggressive cam profile? Heres a link the the durations:
http://www.compcams.com/catalog/192_193.html

Hum, just noticed something, it shows a setting for the valves. its different than the stock valve adjustment heights for the head, D16z6 head. Should i go back and redo the valve adjustment with these smaller settings listed on the compcam site??

I think he stock valve adjustments are like .002 or more higher.

yup, you need to use what the maker of the cam gives for valve lash settings. i once did a valve adjustment on my Z6 i had b4 using and aftermarket cam lash settings and it clicked like hell
