AEM cai Or j's racing

Anyone know what will give the best gains for the jdm gsr motor>I like both and can't make up my mind

AEM CAI for sure...the J's racing intake blows..

search for the dyno comparisons of aem cai vs J's....i myself owned a real j's intake and sold it....the j's intake is loud annoying and has no gains after about 4,000 rpm....the aem cai absoulutely killed it from 5k up
