Default Aem Cai

i just installed my brand new aem cai on my stock 98 civic ex and let me tell u that damn resonator box was the biggest pain in the *** to get off. I ended up having to rip off the little plastic clamps on the plastic dirt flaps or whatever in my wheel well just to get to the thing. Now one piece of my plastic flap is held on with duck tape because i had to break those things that held it on. I was wondering if anyone else has had this kinda of trouble with getting the resonator out and if they did then what did they do to fasten the thing back on??

i have no clue what flap you're talking about, but i'd use some enforcer straps/ plastics straps from home depot, temporarily

when there is a problem, can't really say "you should have" at the fact.

doesn't solve anything.

so your fender liner underneath the wheel well is broken or the brackets are?

I just took mine offf completely

you can also go get a whole bag of that stuff if you really need it from Honda for like 5 bucks
