I just got Tokico Illumina's and H&R Sports put on my Accord about 3 weeks ago. Right, now I have the struts set at the "3" setting in the front and "5" in the back. The ride isnt bad, but I wanna go softer all around. The problem is i was told the back struts can only be adjusted by removing the back seat. I can get the rear bench up, but it's nothing but hard metal underneath. Any ideas on what i'm doing wrong or what i'm missing to get in there.

 

Never done it on an Accord, but on Illuminas the adjustment is at the top end of the shock, on an Integra you just have to pop out a little plastic panel. You should be able to follow the shock towers upwards to see what needs to be moved out of the way.
