Default adding a quart of oil once a week....why?

what could be wrong? Im not running it hard, its a civic type r motor with just intake header cat and exhaust, is this normal? what could be the reason. On top of that my car feels like a slug throughout all the rpms, vtec still kicks in but its not pulling no where near as hard as it was. Car feels like its leaning out, what could be doing this, please help. Thanks!

Are you blowing smoke out the exhaust? I take it, there's no obvious leaks, right? Check your oil, see if it's milky- might be signs of a blown headgasket.

Well, if you are this clueless, I would take it to someone...if you think it's leaning out, why don't you easily verify this on your own? why not check your ignition timing? check for leaks? have a buddy drive behind your car to see if smoke comes out when you accelerate or decelerate...
