Default Action 2MD Clutch

I have done some research here on this clutch and have found that mostly high hp engines using the clutch.

My engine is only bolt-ons.

I can get this clutch from a friend of mind for really cheap.

Would this harm anything on my car since its not high hp?

Will this give my stock tranny too much stress?
