Default Accord shifting issues

Well I also had a post in the accord section but the tranny section may be a more appropriate place with more views and input. My problems is on a 1994 Accord EX automatic tranny. The original tranny was changed about a year ago with a used one. ever since it has shifted wierd, As in Kind of undecided of what gear to be in and seems like it not really slips but revs up real high before it shifts. Ive heard something about pressure lever cable not being adjusted corectly but cant get anymore info on what the correct way to adjust this is and where this is. It this the cable near the throttle cable? It this the one in the front or the back of the bay? Also how do you adjust this? Hopefully I can get some good input in this thread. Thanks
