I have a 1997 Civic hatch with a B16 its been in my car working fine for almost a year. I replaced the clutch last month, but ever since I did that my car seems to die out every time I drive it with AC on and push the clutch in too shift it looses Idle and the car dies. Or if I turn on the car and put the AC on; on a hot day and tap the gas it will die.
Any ideas on why the car would be doing this?

My Dad had a similiar problem to this awhile back in his Stock 94 4-door D15B7 Automatic. If I am not mistaken he cleaned out the IACV(Idle Air Control Valve)and it cleared it up. His would drop at idle, etc with the A/C on. If you have never taken the IACV off. Its on the back of the Intake Manifold held on with two bolts(12mm I think)with two coolant lines running into the bottom of it. Undo the clamps and pop the coolant lines off. Take the two bolts off and use some brake cleaner/carb cleaner and a soft brush to clean out the metal mesh screen. It will get clogged up over time. Thats the first thing I would try since its easy and FREE
