a6 head on y7, OBD-0 ecu?

a6 head on y7, OBD-0 ecu?
i was thinking of putting an a6 head on my y7 (better flowing, cheap and easy to get) and i know i have to use the dist. for the a6, but could i use my stock y7 ecu? or do i have to convert to obd-0 or 1?
