I have a 96 Integra (Vtec model) and have had this really annoying problem for a while now. Whenever it has been cold/wet outside for a while and I take my car for a spin and go over ANY bump on the road i get a really weird "creaking" noise coming from all 4 wheel areas. I thought it was the bushes but got them checked and they are fine.

Has ANYONE had this problem with the Integra before? The car has only done 100,000 kms so I dont think the shockers would need replacing yet...

Any advice on this problem would be much appreciated

How about some type of lubrication instead. WD-40 is used to break rusted areas free. I wouldnt sweat it.

 

Does WD40 react with rubber at all though? and what areas should I focus on for lubrication with WD40?

Shouldn't I be careful that I dont use a lubricant which reacts with rubber?

What lubricant do u recommend?

 

If you want to lubricate bushings and stuff, try silicon lube
