I want to try to adjust the rack guide on my dad's '95 Odyssey. I believe it to be very similar to the 94-97 Accord, just a different ratio. trouble is I only have the Helms for my 96-00 Civic and my 98-02 Accord.

The Civic manual specifies torquing to 2.9lb-ft then backing of 30º.

The Accord manual says to remove the adjuster screw, clean off sealant, apply fresh sealant, torque to 18lb-ft, loosen and re-torque to 2.9lb-ft then back off 20º.

From that I would assume I need to torque to 2.9lb-ft and back off somewhere around 20º or 30º... but do I need to do the additional steps specified for the Accord?

Does anyone have access to the Helms for either a '95 Odyssey or a 94-97 Accord? Specs please.
