-Okay couple questions. Ive got a 95 dx hatch an just got a new header I need to install, my car has 144k on it, any advise, tricks, or tips anybody could give me to get my stock manifold off, or just go for it?
-I gotta new catback+header but I forgot to get a hi-flow cat, what could I do, just make a straight pipe to fit in, or put my stock cat back on? (we have no emissions where i live)
-I like to do a little racing, what rpm is the highest I should go to thats safe?

1) My advice is make sure it's NOT HOT! Other then that just go for it pretty simple 2 out of a 5 in my book.
2) If you have not emissions at all just go straight pipe, otherwise I would just use the stock cat for now.
3) just leave redline where it is unless you have done more mods then just i/h/e.
