94 vx ecu to 95 ex ecu

i have a 94 vx with the vtec-e and i put a 94 ex motor in it and the vtec does not want to work, and i was jus wondering is the wiring for the ecu different, thanks in advance

The plugs are basically the same, I think there may be one or two wires that you'll have to add to the harness.
