2ndary length is all you should have to worry about. The B16's might be perfectly compatible in length.
Look at your stock exhaust manifold and see how far the collector extends beyond the header mounting bracket. The B18C1's only protrude a couple of inches or so, while the B16's, ITR's, and B18B Integra's all protrude past the mount by more than a few inches.
Not to mention that the GS-R manifolds/headers don't have an oxygen sensor bung hole already in them.
