93 Integra Electrical Issues
My harness has been pretty heavily modified but it's worth posting to see if anyone has had a similar issue. Symptoms are below:
1.) If I turn key to "ON" and then back to "OFF," instrument lights (CEL, door, trunk, etc) stay on but are dimmed.
3.) If I disconnect battery or main relay, they will go out until I cycle key again.
4.) Disconnecting ECU has no effect besides CEL light does not come on or off
5.) Harness has been modified by extending injector wires for peak and hold, extended wires for wire tuck, installed Innovate LC-1 with coupler, installed oil pressure and boost gauge lighting to dimmer switch. Removing LC-1 has no effect, removing gauges has no effect.
6.) Engine grounds are good
Currently can't find my multimeter or test light and that's making me pissed. If these symptoms are a common component failure or something then let me know, otherwise I will update with new information. I have the Helms open in front of me and I'm hoping that it's just a grounding issue. Thanks guys.

So managed to get my hands on new multimeter. After studying the Helms and working my way through the harness, I found that if I unhook the IACV the "dimming" issue with the key out no longer happens. The blk/yel or yel/blk (can't recall atm) does have 12v switched power. This *may* be the problem. The blu/blk (blue/wht?) has continuity to ground and NO continiuity to pin A9, which is supposed to be IACV to ECU signal. I will try to bypass the main harness soon and see if that fixes my issue.
