i put a jdm 1st gen b16a into my 93 integra and need help with a couple of problems.
I am using everything out of the 93 integra, and put in a jdm b16a motor, intake manifold, and header into my car, and am currently running a PR3 jdm second gen b16a ecu.
My check engine light is on and when i checked what codes it was shooting with the diagnostic plug, it shoots out "20" & "23". Which is the electrical load detector and knock sensor.
I have no idea what the electrical load detector is and don't know how to fix it. My knock sensor is plugged in, but i am using the 93 LS wiring harness. Do i have to relocate the knock sensor pin point on the ecu?
And also my vtec isn't working, or atleast i don't hear it. I drove the car for about 2 weeks without running the vtec wires and i felt real slow, then got a chance to run them. I feel more power at the top end, but still no vtec noise. Maybe i did it wrong? Can anyone tell me how to run them?
