Default 9 volts from an alternator...worth it to do anything?

I have a 90-91 integra alternator which I purchased and came to find out it only produced 9 volts when bench tested at an advance auto store.

Can I do anything with it? Perhaps someone can use parts from it? Can it be rebuilt? Junk it?

Maybe use it as a core and get a rebuilt one.
