Default 4g63 civic

Soon i am beginning my 4g63 civic swap. Now before your bash hear me out. I have a moderate knowledge and love for 4g63 and honda engines simply don't impress me. Yet i'm in love with honda cars. call me a sell out but i want best of both worlds. Now my question is this. I'm going for FWD 4g63, but i know the AWD tranny is much stronger. Can i use a viscous coupling eliminator permanently to maintain fwd? Or would this result in a waste of time. Money is not an issue but reliability is. Any other ways to utilize awd tranny but use it for fwd function.

the 4G63 is an iron block which means it prolly weighs twice as much as a typical honda engine. i wouldn't do the swamp simply for that reason. it would probably handle like ****.

I'm pretty sure a 4g63t with tranny weighs close to same as an h22... my friend had one that we pulled and it was retarded heavy. cars handling was ok. but my goal for car is more of strip car than handling...if i wanted it to handle id just get a dsm
