Default 4 wire o2 needed for EF LS/Vtec with ODB1?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I was just reviewing some wiring instructions in preparation for my motor swap and they mention and list the wires for a 4 wire O2 sensor. My swap is a B18A LS/VTec running a P72 ECU into an EF chassis. So I gotta change out my old O2 sensor for a new (heated) 4 wire O2 sensor right? Any recommendations on such a sensor, Honda/Acura or aftermarket Bosch?

Thanks

i would think you would need one for a 94-97GSR.
